Join The Wedge Revolution

IARS is proud of its youth-led research and policy expertise in the fields of community cohesion, human rights, equality, restorative justice and criminal justice. IARS' board of Trustees are all experts in these fields either through practice, academia or policy making. IARS pursues projects that are intended to benefit the public. Through our work we aim to support charities that pursue similar goals, and to fight the culture of highly paid, profit-making consultancies. We believe that within the Third Sector and young people lies expertise and passion that cannot be found elsewhere and that the views of young people need to be represented. Our research is youth led in the sense that it is identified, designed, delivered and scrutinised by young people.

IARS is a great believer of partnership working. We have established closed relationship with a number of organisations in the voluntary and community sector regionally, nationally and internationally.
