As hosts of the 99% Campaign, IARS is calling on all positive young Londoners to reclaim the city in the aftermath of last week's riots.
Get involved!
We are asking young Londoners to share with us their positive images, videos, stories andopinion pieces which highlight the important role that young people are playing in restoring their communities after the riots. We will be utilising these submissions in our forthcoming qualitative research on the riot aftermath, as well as on the 99% Campaign website, in 99% publications, and on the IARS website. Contributors will be fully credited for their work.
Stuck for ideas?
- What can we learn from the recent riots?
- What do they tell us about the society that we live in?
- Why do you think they happened? Do you agree with the politicians?
- What will the proposed sentencing measures mean for young people?
- What positives have come out this period of unrest?
- Let us know about positive community responses!
How do I get in touch?
If you would like to write something for the website, we ask that you send us a photo of yourself to accompany your work, as well as telling us your name, age and place of residence.
