IARS Recruits Training and Accreditation Co-ordinator

Alastair Martey has recently been recruited as IARS' Training and Accreditation Coordinator. He will take forward the development and delivery of IARS' cutting edge training and skills development programmes for young people on: research methods, human rights and public legal education. He will also be responsible for supporting young people to progress through IARS' university accredited Cerfificate in Youth Policy.

Alastair is 24 years of age and is a qualified Social Worker with experience of working with young people in youth justice.  He has recently completed his Graduate Diploma in Law at BPP Law School and will be training to be a Barrister from September.  He also has two years experience of delivering training for the Barnardo’s Childrens Charity and we are pleased to welcome him to the team.
