Training

To genuinely develop and deliver youth-led social policy, first there need to be a process of empowerment and skills development. This is particularly true for marginalised young people who are excluded from mainstream education or who simply do not have the same opportunities as others to go to school or university.
After many years of testing we have developed a skills development and training programme which can be taken by anyone for free who registers as an intern. IARS interns can chose to either take modules as stand-alone training or receive the entire package.
IARS also delivers these modules to external organisations which wish to work more closely with young people helping hem to become more capable and effective in influencing policy and practice.
