The IARS International Institute is a CPD training provider for Vocational and Educational (VET) programmes and courses across Europe. Therefore all our face-to-face and online modules are accredited with CPD points. 

Continuing Professional Development (CPD) is the term used to describe the commitment to lifelong learning, a skill that is invaluable to all people across every segment of society. The CPD accreditation ensures that  IARS Training Programmes and learning outcomes are clearly apparent and applicable as well as focused for an individual to improve and have effective professional development. Youthpass is a European recognition tool for non-formal and informal learning in youth work. 

With Youthpass the participants of European projects can describe what they have done and show what they have learnt.Youthpass is a part of the European Commission’s strategy to foster the recognition of non-formal learning. As a tool to document and recognise learning outcomes,

Youthpass supports the reflection upon the personal non-formal learning process and outcomes, strengthens the social recognition of youth work, supports active citizens as well as the employability of young people and of youth workers by documenting the acquisition of key competences on a certificate. 

The IARS International Institute is one of the Cabinet Office approved providers for the Impact Readiness FundA £1.5 million worth fund managed by the Social Investment Business for the Cabinet Office aimed to support social ventures to understand and improve their social impact with a view to attract social investment and win contracts.

The IARS International Institute is an EVS approved provider by the European Commission. 

As an EVS provider, the Institute can run projects through the European Voluntary Service (EVS). This accreditation means that IARS can now both receive volunteers from other EVS accredited institutions as well as send its own volunteers to other accredited institutions across Europe.

This accreditation indicates to youth volunteers across Europe who may be interested in working with IARS on a project that the organization is willing to help them overcome the economic and social obstacles and cultural differences which may make their participation more difficult. IARS will also provide support for British youth volunteers who are hoping to go abroad to volunteer with other accredited organizations.
