My name is Nick Faraday and I joined IARS on 30th September as the Projects Manager.   IARS has many exciting and ground breaking projects that I am really excited to be a part of and to see explode and develop in multiple directions.

I have been involved in International Development all my working life and have had the privilege to work in countries like Tajikistan, Kyrgyzstan, Serbia, Bosnia, Fiji, and Tonga and in the UK.   IARS projects are currently being injected with a new lease of life and fresh ideas for the onset of exciting   initiatives. The IARS team are building on everything that has been achieved up until now and are taking things to new levels together with our users and partners.

From Restorative Justice , The Voices of Refugee Asylum Seeking Women , Race in Probation  to the 99% Campaign and an evaluation project with the Ann Frank Ambassadors there is plenty to do and significant scope    to ensure we make the most from life changing opportunities.

London Youth Now is another one of IARS projects that is now in its 5th and final year. For this project, we are presently recruiting for an Ex-offender Projects Officer so that we can really engage with youth issues in London at a grass roots level and connect directly with policy makers who influence issues that affect these very young people in positive ways.

If you would like to know more about any of IARS projects please do contact me:  or call 0207 820 0945.
