Job Title: Office Administrator and PA to the Director

Location: IARS Institute Office, Canada Water, London

Salary: £18,065 (Pro-rated)

Hours: 3 days a week

Closing Date: Sunday 31st May

Benefits

· Permanent contract (6-month probation)

· 24 days annual leave plus the Bank Holiday (pro-rated)

· 5.5% pension contribution.

The Role

We are looking for a part-time Office Administrator and PA to the Director to provide high quality administrative support for our work with marginalised communities, helping us to grow our impact nationally and internationally. We are looking for a flexible and highly motivated person with exceptional administrative and problem-solving skills who relishes the opportunity to support our work.

The role is split into two key areas (a) Office and Finance Administration (b) PA Support for the Director

The Office Administrator will support the IARS team with office and finance administration in order to ensure that the Institute delivers its charitable objects, and continues to pursue its stated vision and mission. They will be line managed by the Director and will work closely with office team, especially the Finance Manager on finance administrator, as well as interns, volunteers and our pan-European project partners.
