Learning outcomes:

With this course we aspire to assist young carers harness their skills and become social entrepreneurs. 

The online course is available in two versions, one for young carers and one for professionals who work with young carers. Both versions are tailor-made to the needs and background of the target group.

The first module of the course is an introduction to the concept of the young carer, the skills, needs and characteristics of the young carers and what makes them special. Module 2 introduces the concept of entrepreneurship, a hot topic in today’s society and business. Module 3 highlights the value of non-formal education and how learning outside of the box can lead to business ideas and social impact. Lastly, Module 4 provides useful information and guidelines on how to create your own business.
